When US Army Major Stefen Fredrick Cook, received his orders to deploy to Afghanistan, he reported to court. Seeking an injunction pending examination of Obama’s mysteriously elusive long-form birth certificate, Cook stated in the court filing that he “would be acting in violation of international law by engaging in military actions… under this President’s command… simultaneously subjecting himself to possible prosecution as a war criminal…”
But, before the matter could be brought before a judge, Cook’s orders were rescinded.
The government now claims the issue is “moot” since Cook has been told he doesn’t have to go to Afghanistan and the relief he was seeking has been granted. However, in a pleading revised after the orders were revoked, Cook’s attorney Orly Taitz, contended that the matter was not moot and that retired Maj. Gen. Carol Dean Childers and active U.S. Air Force reservist Lt. Col. David Earl Graeff have joined the suit “because it is a matter of unparalleled public interest and importance and because it is clearly a matter arising from issues of a recurring nature…”
In the meantime, Cook stated that he has lost his job at Simtech Inc., a Department of Defense information technology contractor, because of the suit.
Taitz, who has challenged the legitimacy of Obama’s presidency in other venues, is just one of many attorneys asking the courts to compel President Obama to definitively resolve the issue of his legitimacy as President by producing the original handwritten long form birth certificate (as opposed to the computer generated short form which is also easily obtainable for children not born in Hawaii).
Around the country from Connecticut to Hawaii some two dozen separate lawsuits have been filed seeking access to Obama’s long-form birth certificate. Though several cases are still pending, most have been dismissed as Obama has spent what is estimated to be hundreds of thousands of dollars to avoid releasing the document.
According to WND, Obama’s birth certificate is far from the only relevant record hidden from public view. Other records which apparently have been withheld include: Obama’s Punahou school records, his Occidental College records, his Columbia University records, his Columbia thesis, his Harvard Law School records, his Harvard Law Review articles, his scholarly articles from the University of Chicago, his passport, his medical records, his files from his years as an Illinois state senator, his Illinois State Bar Association records, any baptism records, and his adoption records.
