Today’s Temptations Eli’s Cheesecake Biondillo’s, may have the cRc logo removed or covered, on certain packages, during a period after Passover. cRc does not certify those products which do not bear its logo although the product is certified for the majority of the year.      cRc, April 10, 2012.

The product was sold in 11 oz cups in WI; in Lunds Stores located in MN and Weis Markets in PA, MD, NY and NJ. Consumers who have recently purchased the product should return it to the store of purchase for a full refund or replacement.            FDA, April 12, 2012

Planters Cocktail Peanuts, in 12 oz canisters with code date 09-Jan-14, is being voluntarily recalled because there is a possibility that the product was exposed to water not intended for use in food during the production process. Approximately 3,000 cases of the recalled product were shipped to retail customers across the United States and Puerto Rico. Consumers who purchased the affected code date of this product should not eat them. They should return them to the store of purchase for an exchange or full refund.   FDA, April 6, 2012.

Odwalla Chocolate Protein Monster, are being recalled due to reports from consumers allergic to peanuts and/or tree nuts experiencing severe allergic reactions after consuming this beverage. Product being recalled includes 12 oz and 32 oz bottles with all “enjoy by” dates prior to 23 MAY 2012. These beverages were distributed nationwide through retail food stores and on-premise foodservice establishments. Jelly Belly Peter Rabbit Deluxe Easter Mix candies, are being recalled because they were made with undeclared wheat, one of the major food allergens.
